Experienced, engaging and patient tutor

Liyu has taught my son since this summer. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She keeps her lesson effective, engaging and fun. My son is able to stay focus and overcome his fear of Chinese Mandarin speaking and writing. We definitely plan to keep working with Liyu.

Teacher Liyu is EXCELLENT! She is very well prepared before every class. My daughter was a bit nervous at the beginning, but she was comfortable and willing to learn more Chinese with her after the lesson. She kept saying some useful phrases that she learned from the class because she was happy to express her feeling in Chinese. Her lessons are full of fun, interesting, organized and easy to follow. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Mandarin Chinese! Thank you for your great lessons!!

I love learning Chinese with my teacher from Liyu Chinese tutoring - she is very patient, friendly, experienced and can speak English as well as being native speakers of Chinese - so she can really guide the students learning experience. Also my parents and I like the timely feedback/lesson email update from each tutoring session.
