About
Being a recently graduated high school student and recently taking the SAT, I understand how important it is to be proficient in math. Also, getting good grades plus a high score in math on your SAT opens up many college and care er possibilities, and I would love to help others open these doors for other students.
I love it when I see somebody struggling to understand a problem and after working with them, it clicks. It's a great feeling for both them and me to see their confidence rise. I'm a big believer in the saying, "We succeed by lifting others."

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with learning exactly what it is the student needs help with and give them an opportunity to answer any questions that they have. Then, I find out which style of teaching works best for the student. From there, I answer their questions in a style they most understand and incorporate examples to make sure their question is fully answered.
How did you get started teaching?
Ever since I was young, I always loved helping other people around me. Usually, this meant teaching them things they were unclear about or were curious about. Usually, it was about math or computers. Ever since then, I've loved being able to help other people and teach them the material and to be confident in it.

I've worked with mainly high school students.
