Tómas is definitely one of the best tutors I’ve had! He explains everything really well and is always happy to answer questions. Some teachers/tutors make you feel dumb, but Tómas makes it clear that he’s there to help. It’s clear he loves what he does and that energy just radiates!!
Thanks Tomás

I suck at Math and Tomas really helped me succeed. If he wasn’t there I’d probably not pass my call class. Thank the lord for Tomas!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Classes are very flexible and completely adaptable to whatever the student needs are!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As someone who is preparing to receive his Bioengineering degree, I have tons of education in the fields I tutor.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The price of a lesson depends on multiple factors, including, but not limited to:
- Lesson's time
- Subject and Level (e.g., Advanced Physics has a different fee than Elementary School Math)
- My availability and demand during different times of the year
The base price is $11 for a 45-minute lesson. Prices then go up according to the aforementioned critera.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all ages (as young as 6 and as old as 30) and of multiple nationalities (I have tutored both in Spanish and in English; my students come from Spain, England, Latin America, the USA and Canada).
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is your goal with this class? What is the timeline for that? How much time are you wlling to put into your studying?
