Hello! My name is Sruthi and I’m a health services research professional. I have extensive experience working across healthcare, clinical, and academic research settings. Throughout my academic and professional career, I’ve found that effective verbal and written communication skills are not just job skills, they’re life skills.
I strongly believe that the only barrier to effective, powerful communication is practice. I want to ensure that younger students have the tools they need to be confident in communicating ideas, presenting information, and persuading others.
Over the past several years, I have contributed extensively to student-run publications, provided writing mentorship, and worked in professional capacities to develop and deliver effective reports, articles, and presentations to a wide range of audiences. I want to equip students with the skills they need to be effective and confident communicators.
