As a current college student with over 7 years of tutoring experience I have the knowledge and skills to work effectively with K-12 students in bettering their academics. The relevant subject matter is still fresh in my mind as a college student because much of the foundation from my schooling is still relevant in my classes at the University of Maryland. I have been working with kids of all ages since I was in middle school so I'm well equipped to understanding how students learn and how to communicate with them most effectively. I am able to adapt my teaching style to the students' specific needs and preferences to ensure they feel comfortable and gain the best kind of academic support.
