Multi-subject Tutoring
About
Tutoring isn't about reiterating what your teacher/professor taught you, it's about explaining material in a way that allows you to understand it. Being a college student myself, I have encountered a wide variety of teaching styles, and I have taken what I believe to be the most effective teaching methods to incorporate into my own. Every subject matter has a foundation and once you understand its foundational topics, you'll notice that everything else follows the same pattern, no matter the difficulty level. Let's get to work!
I love seeing students go from struggling in and not enjoying a subject to understanding and having fun with it. That "aha!" moment where the material clicks is the point that I aim to get all my students to, no matter what material they're studying.

Frequently asked questions
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching at a local daycare I once attended (very full circle moment) when I was around 10 years old and did so until my freshman year of high school. Throughout my high school career I worked as a private tutor, teaching both students inside and outside of my high school in subjects areas like chemistry, calculus, and biology. In early 2021 I took a position at Kumon as a teacher, and this coming fall when I return to university, I plan to resume online private tutoring.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students ranging anywhere from preschool age (around 3-4 years old) to college age (18+).
