Juarez En Español

As a young girl my mother always ensured that our native language of Spanish continued to be a part of our new everyday life in the U.S. "El burrito no va adelante" she would say to correct my tenses. Every day my mother would teach and correct my Spanish. At the time, I would become infuriated with her for not letting me get to point across in Spanglish. Now, as an adult, I see the importance of language and am beyond greatful for all the time she spent trying to improvey Spanish. The fond memories of my conversations with my mother is what drives my passion to help others learn Spanish. I feel as though a lot of collegiate courses focus on the grammar, and written language but forget the importance of simple every day conversation.

I am a native Spanish speaker with an advanced regents Diploma from Bay Shore High School. I have 3 years of experience in insurance sales predominately focusing on the Spanish market. I have volunteered for the Brentwood chamber of commerce in New York which is predominately made up of Spanish speaking business owners.
