I have taught in many capacities for over 15 years. I prefer to go at a pace that is comfortable for the child and build academic confidence by focusing on the child's interests. I love intellectual curiosity, and introducing model building to children. For example, Discovery makes a, "Model Engine Kit," for children. It incorporates many modes of learning, is fun, and has a practical use when complete. Some children need an active learning experience. I try to provide that.
