It is a pleasure to introduce myself to you today. My name is Dr. Cheroll A. Dossett, MBA/M.Ed., and I bring with me a wealth of international experience, having worked as an educator in China from 2011 to 2023. My professional journey has been diverse and enriching, involving roles as an EFL teacher trainer, a business English instructor, and a creative writing mentor, among others. I've had the privilege of teaching at the law center in Guangzhou and guiding young minds through academic writing and research methods.

A significant part of my time has been dedicated to helping young students discover the joy of storytelling, culminating in their own book publications. I'm also a published author myself, with works spanning children's literature and spirituality.

Being bilingual in Spanish and English and having a fundamental understanding of Mandarin has afforded me a unique perspective on cross-cultural communication and education.
