I've loved programming since high school and I know by experience how many doors it opens.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the student what they currently have more difficulty on; if it's a beginner, I use my starter's material. If not, I make sure to dive deep into their difficulties, understand them well, explain the theory behind it intercalated with many examples and then we solve exercises together. In the end, homework is given.
