About
Write Prep School essays without paying the tuition. It’s not magic, but there is a method.
I specialize in teaching the methods of writing academic essays and research papers - undergraduate and graduate.
I can edit written work, but it is vital students learn how to effectively develop an essay with a thesis/argument, and then use relevant readings to support their argument. As they progress, they will need to learn to consider and assess counter arguments to the argument they are presenting. In essence, they will weigh the evidence for and against their own argument. Ultimately, providing the evidence necessary to persuade the reader, that in balance, their argument is stronger than any counter arguments that could be presented.
I enjoy reading students papers that are so well written that they no longer need my assistance. My goal is that they know the methods of writing so well that the only help they may need is a final reading with a few comments. Everyone can always benefits from a fresh set of eyes reading their work and asking questions.
