Hello! My name is Sophia Sundar Raj, and I am the founder of Mindtree_SSS, a tutoring service focused on building strong academic foundations while fostering confident, independent learners. I am a passionate educator with a strong background in both engineering and elementary education. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Electronics and Engineering and previously worked as an Associate Professor teaching engineering to undergraduate students. This experience strengthened my ability to break down complex concepts and teach them in a clear, structured, and engaging way.

I am currently a Certified Classroom Teacher for Grades 1–6 and hold a CT Teacher Certification. I have extensive experience working with students of all abilities, learning styles, and backgrounds. I specialize in scaffolded instruction, tiered interventions, and developing customized curriculum to meet individual student needs. I have also tutored elementary students in the past, helping them build strong academic foundations and confidence.

I focus on meeting students where they are, identifying gaps, and using proven strategies to help them succeed. My combined experience in higher education, elementary classrooms, and tutoring allows me to adapt easily and provide high-quality instruction that is both engaging and effective.
