Ms. Thomson

I have many years of experience in the field of education. I am also certified to teach Prek-2 in the state of Massachusetts. Additionally, I have been endorsed by Massachusetts Association of Teachers of Speakers of Other Languages to teach Sheltered English Immersion. Working with English language learners, I have helped improved their language skills to grade level. My lessons with the students are fun and creative. They enjoy these lessons and look forward to having it daily. Once a week, I help a group of monks with their English language skills.

I love it when children who do not speak English are acquiring language, able to read at grade level and are able to write sentences. It brings joy to my heart to see the children learning and acquring language. I enjoy seeing the eagerness in their faces and their quest to learn more. Their passion for learning drives me to be better at what I do.
