Sage White Tutoring

Hi! I am a 2020 college graduate from the Claremont Colleges that majored in computer science and psychology. Given my extensive liberal arts and STEM education background, I am able to teach a broad range of classes. I am up-beat, emotionally intelligent, and reliable. I have experience as a tutor for the introductory comp sci course at Harvey Mudd College, a social skills teacher at the Claremont Autism Center, and a volunter counselor at a camp for people with special needs. I really enjoy collaboration. I work at the intersection of psych and technology, so I enjoy human-centered design. I am also interested in teaching in the future and working with people with special needs. Being a tutor has allowed me to collaborate with young folks, practice my teaching, and reinforce my knowledge on interesting topics.
