About this tutor

I am like no other tutor you will ever find. I can teach a variety of non related skills-I can help a first-grader with their math problems one day and then go teach a public swimming class for adults the next day! If requested, I am also open to teaching a single student multiple subjects.

There were plenty of teachers and tutors who have watched over me, guided me, and helped me through the years. They were my caregivers and taught me everything I know-I remember them as my life mentors. To be in the position they were in is a blessing, to tutor and teach is to help, and to help is the finest work one can do. My lifelong goal is to foster several people in a nurturing space where they can learn whatever they desire and make memories with me! In school I received the finest academic grades possible while also managing choir and voice lessons and several extracurricular activities and sports. I got the highest possible scores on my college entry tests and I just graduated from Amherst College with a Day Care and Preschool Caregiving Qualification, K-12 Teaching Certificate for General and Special Education, 3 Bachelor’s Degrees in Voice, Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, and English, and recognition for being a part of the school Figure Ice Skating Synchronized Team for 4 years.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

When a student hires me, I'll first arrange a day and time for meeting and how often we'll meet. My tutoring works on a student-travels-to-me basis, and based on what I'm helping with I'll let the student know ahead of time where to meet. For example, I would give one of my vocal students the address to the voice studio where I manage a room for the purpose of singing lessons, while I would give one of my science tutoring students the instructions to get to the tutoring school I supervise and teach at. When I meet up with them, my first lesson will be 100% devoted to seeing where the student is at. After the lesson I will work to develop a personalized plan for the student and from there forth I will have a different custom lesson for the student each day and I able flexible with setting deadlines for the student if wanted, a favorite practice of mine is to give my students little tests every now and then on what we are studying (etc. a miniature quiz on paddle tennis basics for a tennis student every month).

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I do have a fixed price per lesson, but it varies depending on what kind of lessons you're asking for. If you submit a request to have me as your tutor/teacher, I will let you know immediately what the price is for your requested lesson.

How did you get started teaching?

Because I have so many gifts and talents that I am forever blessed to be given, I’ve always wanted to share my passions with others. I graduated from college in 2018 and after my graduation I jumped right into setting up myself for a career in tutoring and teaching. I made arrangements with several schools, studios, and community centers to have whatever I needed to conduct lessons or classes. I started telling family, friends, and neighbors about my services, and I have joined tutors.com to further spread my influence.
