I have experience tutoring ESL as a side job to a high school student whose first language is Korean, while I was earning my bachelor's degree in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I am also a published writer with extensive writing experience, some substitute teaching experience and excellent interpersonal skills. I am results oriented with a warm and friendly approach. I understand that learning a new language can be difficult so I am happy to provide a comfortable and safe space to practice English, making mistakes and new discoveries about language, which shapes how we view the world around us!
