About
I'm an active freelance writer and fiction editor.
It's a chance to engage folks on a subject I'm passionate about: writing and the creative process. It's an artform that so many people can access in so many different ways that coming to the table as a creative writing teacher is a thrill.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It depends on the nature of the work we're covering, the level of the student, and the direction in which the student wants to go. Unique assessments are made each time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a freelance writer for a decade, a fiction editor for over a year, and I've previously run workshops at 826 Boston, the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and elsewhere.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Not as of yet. (This will be updated.)
How did you get started teaching?
I saw the classroom as a place to extend the writing process.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults. Young adults. Young students.
