I teach English, Writing, Music (instrumental and vocal), Theater, Art, and History grades 1 through 12. I was a certified English, History and Fine Arts teacher in Massachusetts for over 30 years teaching in public school, private school for behavior challenged students and Performing Arts Schools. I have tutored students individually and in small groups as well as working with home schooled children in the creative arts.

I graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2022 as a history major. Outside of my work, I am working on a poetry book and a graphic novel. Throughout college, I tutored in English/Literature writing, application/cover letter writing, resume building, and interview prep. After college, I have continued to assist friends and family in these same areas from high school through graduate school level. I specialize in ways in which one can strengthen their writing and deepen their ideas and understanding.
