About
As a young engineer, scientist and entrepreneur, I see the world in a way many people take decades to arrive at. I value education and relationships more than anything else and have a vast set of experiences and accomplishments across humanitarian and educational avenues. I'm kind and respectful and have patience and determination in loads.
I enjoy teaching others because it's something I've learned I'm quite good at. I'm patient, I invest my time in energy to understand the individual I'm teaching, and there's nothing more fulfilling than seeing the joy someone feels when they finally learn or understand something. I feel energized by the things I'm good at, and when students start to feel energized by things that they once struggled with I get an extra boost of confidence and feeling of satisfaction that not much else can provide.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with understanding the students strength and weaknesses, then followed by their learning style. Once I understand where the student is starting from and what works and does not work for them, I establish a learning plan and milestones to evaluate whether the plan is working or if a modification or new plan is required.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former high school and college math tutor with undergraduate degrees in physics and computer science. I've participated and held leadership positions in numerous math related organizations where I lead and tutored new students. These organizations include, Math Team, Robotics, Solar Racing, CMU in Haiti and Model UN.
