About
My BA degree is in History and Education. I was a teacher for two years before I decided to pursue a MSW. History/Social Science is still extremely important to me, and I regularly attend museum events, keep up with important historical/archaeological discoveries, and read books of all topics. I also was a grant writer for a small museum in Boston, MA for two years. My goal is to have my students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for history and all social sciences.
I enjoy connecting with my students the most. I believe that getting to know your student develops a deeper level of trust, which creates a stronger learning environment. I love when students are proud of their work, and are excited to show off their achievements. It's wonderful to see students excited about learning!
