What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My first process for working with a new student is to talk with them in French or ask them their French level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I speak three languages which are English, French, and Haitian Creole. I am from and grew up in Haiti, now live in the US for ten years. I am fluent in French because school education in Haiti is in French. I went to school in Haiti from Kindergaten to University.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire someone who is fluent in French their entire life, their primary language, not someone who learnt French for a few years.
