What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually perform a 1:1 free assessment with the student before the first session to identify weaknesses as well as potential targets. I give extra work, if possible, for the student that is usually customized on what the student prefers; for example, if the student enjoys watching documentaries, I would give him/her documentaries to watch on his/her own after the session. I also use the first assessment session to understand the preferences of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a dual BS degree in Biology and Public Health.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I usually charge 50$/session. However, if during the assessment, I find that the student has special learning needs, this price might be slightly increased.
