About
I'm a computer science major at BU, and I understand how critical it is to have solid math and science fundementals entering college. I want to totor people to help them acheive their goals and give them the personalized help that is too often absent in highschool curriculum. I can help you complete assignments, plan and manage study time, improve your grades, and gain the skills necessary to suceed in the future.
My background in research science allows me to focus on the applications of math and science concepts that students need help with. The ability to frame information in a useful context is essential, and it humanises the subject when we know why we're learning what we're learning, not just how it works. I specialize in connecting with students and presenting the material in a way that suits their individual needs.
I love connecting with people, and sharing my love of math and science. Helping students acheive their acedemic goals is extremely rewarding! It's always fun to get to know someone and be able to help them reach their full potential at school. :)

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to ask the student where they are at and what they want to work on! I find that students usually have a good idea of what they need and I like to get right to what they're struggling with. I beleive that working through practice problems together, step by step until you can do it alone is the best way to learn. Once we know of what you want to focus on, we can develop a flexible and effective study plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had several professional tutoring positions and worked in research science. My full resume is in the photos!
