Mackenzie's Tutoring Service

I recently graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience. Over the past four years, I have provided both in-person and virtual tutoring in Algebra I, Geometry, Biology, General Chemistry, and essay writing. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, develop effective learning strategies, and achieve lasting academic success.

My tutoring experience includes homework support, test preparation, study skills coaching, and homeschooling assistance. I have worked with students ranging from preschool through college, both as a private tutor for the past four years and at a tutoring center for the past two years.

I also have experience supporting students with dyslexia, ADHD, and autism, and I tailor my teaching approach to meet each student's unique learning style and needs. Known for my patience, strong communication skills, and encouraging teaching style, I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel supported, motivated, and empowered to reach their educational goals.
