Hi y'all! My name is Kathryn, and I'm a seasoned tutor and master's graduate from Tulane University. I have over 5 years of experience in ACT preparation, science courses including biology, psychology, and biochemistry up to the undergraduate level, chemistry up to the the high school level, and English and language arts up to the college level. Now to the background specifics! I've tutored students both online and in-person for ACT in one-on-one and small group settings, offering tailored sessions that best fit my students. In the classroom, I've worked as a partner through my undergraduate university, Tulane University, to tutor students at public and charter schools in the New Orleans area, specializing in high school subjects such as biology, mathematics, chemistry, and English/language arts. In my graduate school time, I worked as a teaching assistant for undergraduate psychology courses, facilitating classroom instruction, test preparation, and review. Throughout this time, I also offered one-on-one tutoring sessions to undergraduate students in psychology and biology courses. I only tutor subjects that I have personally excelled in and have experience successfully tutoring students in, so rest assured you'll receive instruction from a qualified tutor.
