Everyone should think all questions through before asking them. However, students are learning and their minds are accelerating at super high speeds, as they are forming brand new neurons and at times going through neurogenesis as a result of the learning process. Therefore, students will have many questions that are not thought completely through, because the questions are a part of the investigative learning process.
