Lana Lee's Read With Ease Tutoring Services

Welcome to my BRAND NEW tutoring business! My name is Lana Lee and I am a retired Jefferson Parish teacher. Because I love teaching--especially one-on-one-- I recently opened a tutoring business. I am very excited about teaching reading to students in grades 1 through 4. I have a master's degree in the science of education from Loyola University and I also received a reading specialist degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross College. I have been very successful in teaching reading to early elementary students.

I do not use computers in my tutoring sessions. Everything we do will be one-on-one and hands-on learning. I use quality materials in my reading sessions from which the students benefit greatly. I will also tutor math in grades 1-4 to existing and established reading students using the assignments provided by the student's math teacher so as to stay true to the current math lessons. Each session is 50 minutes long and we use every minute to its fullest. I only charge $36 per session for math since my preparation time will be considerably less than for reading.
