What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I will first have a meeting with the student and parent in person, or the student and parent can contact me via email, text, or phone. I do this because I want to get to know my students and learn more about the services that they are seeking. After the initial meeting, I work with the student to create a plan to help them succeed educationally.
