What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have the student read the material before the session, as it will make the sessions more efficient. I will help the student UNDERSTAND the topic rather than memorizing it. To solidify information, I will ask practice questions to get the student to think and practice recalling information, which will be extremely helpful while taking the test.
