Hello future student! I want to thank you in advance for taking the time to further your education with me!
I'm an undergraduate student and am currently in nursing school pursuing my BSN. I have a love for music, math, art, and science!
While in school I realized the classes I appreciated most weren't necessarily the topics I was most interested in. Rather, it was the professors who made the classes enjoyable. These professors were always engaging and comprehensible when teaching the material in the classroom and willing to go the extra mile to give additional help or clarification. I try to bring this knowledge to my tutoring approach and do everything I can to make learning a pleasant experience.
I have worked as a Math, Science, & English tutor for 5 years in a private tutoring center (Louisville, KY). I tutor levels K-12. I enjoy helping students strengthen their subject comprehension, boost confidence, and sharpen important learning skills.
I want to benefit the students I work with as much as possible, therefore welcome any resources or suggestions students or parents can provide. I am easy to reach and will always provide timely responses.
I'm able to give students individualized attention that they don't get in a crowded classroom. This helps students who struggle to keep up, as well as those who aren't challenged enough.
