History is my passion! Students who enter my classes saying that they hate history leave saying that they love it. I make history exciting and help students to understand how it impacts them today rather than simply having them memorize facts. I have 14 years of experience teaching history from 5th grade through 11th grade.

I get to know my students. I'll spend time asking them about their hobbies and learning styles. I use my knowledge of my students to help better relate the material to them.

I hold both a bachelors and a master's in education as well as a minor in history.
