I like to do a meet and greet in order to get to know my student ,their learning goals ,their likes and dislikes .I do this in order to accomplish a  tailor made lesson that best suites the students learning style and interests for maximum learning potential .

I have completed all of the academic portion of a bachelors degree in teaching as well  as teaching English online to overseas learners for over 6 years .

I started teaching English online ,while also working on my teaching degree ,in order to obtain my TEFL certificate .

I have worked with students that have needed basic academic assistance as well as English language learning 

One recent event that I am fond of is the  decision ,that is playing out currently ,to lose weight .So I look back fondly to the few sessions I have had and I am proud of the decision and the resolve to solve a long standing problem 

First ,I would advise that the student look for a teacher that really listens to what he is saying.Second,the qualified teacher also needs to actively try to achieve the student's goals and in an interactive,fun manner .Lastly,the sessions  should be professional and always respectful to the students feelings and moral.

The questions students should think about before talking to teachers about their needs would be questions that : 

Establish what they have already learned or currently know about the particular issue             
 State their knowing or understanding, before asking questions ,which helps put learners in the drivers seat
