I enjoy tutoring because I like seeing the lightbulb moments when someone understands something, and I pride myself upon my student's success.
I have been tutoring for 6th and 7th graders for 2 years at my school.
I am a Xavier Scholar, I have a 4.0 GPA, I received the Presidential Award for Academic Success, I have scored in the top 1% on standardized testing for the past 4 years, and I am a Governor's Cup Champion in the social studies category.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first get to know a little about them and then ask what they need help with. I then ask how they like to learn best either visually or audibly or if they like learning in a hands-on way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tutored previously but did not tutor consistently until about 2 years ago.

I charge about $20 per hour.
