What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First i want to see what knowledge they already have, then i proceed to try to fill in any gaps i notice. After doing so i give questions that can locate more gaps in understanding, or strengthen their current understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I tutored younger kids consistently when i was in Highschool.
