I believe I am optimistic, positive, energetic, and ready to learn with the child! I can be creative and I am more patient than others, we could even play games while doing math. I understand that difficulties of not understanding something and how hard it is to ask for help, or receive help from a teacher when theyre not as reliable, so that makes me a good fit for someone who needs a little help, and a little more time to understand!
I love feeling fufilled when teaching someone, and then they understand how to solve the problem which makes them and I happy! I love working with children and getting to know them along the journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I get to know who they are and how they like to learn and start from there. I am never the type to get frustrated or mad and will gladly re-teach until they understand the problem, different methods are welcome.
