Hi! I am a current JCCC honors student majoring in General Sciences. I plan to transfer to the University of Kansas after completing my degree. I have been helping students of all ages with various subjects for over 8 years. While my main focus is in math (I have Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas), I am able to assist with subjects such as English, and Language Arts as well.

I am a 66 yr old grandma. I have helped my children and grandchildren learn to read. I loved reading when I was a child and now as a senior. I can help kids learn bowels, verbs, pronouns and etc...... I have a great sense of humor and use it to help students. Just being a boring tutor is no fun for anyone. My formal education ended many years ago. But it is hard to lose allergies you have learned. Especially if you enjoy reading.

I work with learners to reach thier goals in phonics, reading, and writing. It is always such a sight to see a learner gain confidence with thier skills.
