About

Hello! I'm here to help you succeed because I know that sometimes it's helpful to have someone help you along with the first steps. I've tutored for kids back when I was in high school in subjects like math and english, and as a double major in Biology and Dance (pre-medicine), I have lots of knowledge in those areas. I graduated from John Adams High School in 2019 and am currently working towards two bachelor at Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. I left high school fourth in my class of 399 students and with an International Baccalaureate Programme Diploma. I'm scheduled to graduate from Swarthmore in 2023, which makes me a sophomore. Below is my Facebook profile; feel free to take a look: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100013386723618.

Frequently asked questions

I would like to just get to know you for a few minutes before we begin our first session, and try to see what you need help with! We'll then try to go over fundamentals of what you're struggling with, do some practice problems, and then I'll let you go. If you continue to struggle or simply want the continued support, we can schedule more time to meet!

I'm currently in a rigorous college program for both biology and dance, so if either of those subjects are in yuor area of need, I can surely help! I've done a fair amount of math and english tutoring, as well as proofreading and grammar work.

I would prefer around $20 an hour, but I am up to negotiate prices.

I was a student volunteer in high school as a part of my IB Diploma requirements, and I enjoyed seeing my students' smiling faces each Tuesday!

I've worked with lots of elementary and middle school students at a local learning center, but will be willing to work with high school students as well!

I recently took care of a hedgehog for a family friend and discovered that I absolutely LOVE these animals! They might be a bit pokey and scared, but they enjoy eating watermelon and running over your feet.

What kind of learner are you? It it most effective for me to explain stuff to you or do you prefer to tell me exactly what you're struggling with?
