I studied at a liberal arts university and finished with a degree in Bible. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree at a Christian seminary. As part of my education, I have taken classes on literature, philosophy, theology, and history. I currently teach Bible/Worldview to high school students at a private school in South Bend. I am gifted at explaining abstract concepts in down to earth ways. My rates are $30/hr for residents of the Michiana area.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My process with a student is to ask questions to find out where they are academically and what goals they desire to achieve. I then map out a route to help them achieve those goals in a reasonable amount of time.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Bible. I have taken classes in public speaking, history, theology, religion, and English/American literature

A student looking for a tutor needs to spend some time thinking about what they believe a tutor ought to be able to help them accomplish. These goals need to be measurable ("bring my grade up to a _______, or understand the concepts associated with _________"), not general ("get better at English" or "know what the Bible says").
