About
If you need someone with experience in teaching hard concepts in science, look no further. I have 15 years of education experience as a teacher which included a lot of one-on-one tutoring. If just reading the textbook doesn't work for you, I can break a topic down to simple steps for you.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would get to know you as a person first to see how you learn. Then we would tackle the tough work that you're on. I would back up to see where the gaps are in what you're learning. If something is a 10 step process, typically a person knows 8 of the 10 steps and is just stuck on one of the steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience in the education field as a teacher and curriculum director.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've been a classroom teacher for many many years, so I've worked with all types.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you like the person you're working with. You'll work harder for someone you enjoy being around.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What am I hoping to gain from this lesson.
