School's Success

Hello, my name is Adonnis Porterfield. I grew up in the pretty big city but small globally, Chicago Illinois. I grew up rough so I now how uneasy it is to stay on task on what you need to do to be successful. However, I want more. Not only for me but for my ancestors. African Americans and not only them but Kids out here have it rough and it’s my job to make sure there okay, educationally, mentally, and spiritually (if you believe in spirituality of course. I respect Everybody’s ideas, and perspectives. My job is to help educate young men and women so there lives can be easier. Things are only getting worse slowly. School prices for example, rising, that’s terrible. Back then people had access too growing up and things like access to good books and education but that stuff is being removed rapidly & people need to know how to treat each other, so we all can grow and develop as a unit. Now more on me, I play basketball. I have a 4.1 gpa, and I aspire to be successful, happy, and smart.
