    If the student is a minor, I start with a conversation with parents to set the time expectations and go over the terms of my service. 

    I like to start with a 15 minute session to understand the student's goals. From this session, I create several outcomes and assign dates for reaching these outcomes. The plan shows the underpinning tactics that we will implement to ensure success.

    I hold a B.A. in Liberal Studies (Pre-law). I also hold a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Public Affairs. I have taught technology and business courses on site in Mexico. I also have 10 years of experience teaching religion to Spanish speakers.
    My fee is $45/hr in 2023. There is a yearly COLA of 4%. Therefore, 2024 fee will be $46.80/hr. If a textbook is necessary, customer will assume cost.
    I started teaching in 1992 when I was given the opportunity to teach religion.
    I have taught Spanish-speaking students on site in Mexico. The content was technical and business-related. I was also a corporate trainer teaching adults in a classroom setting, and at industry conferences. I was a bible teacher to Spanish-speaking church congregates between the ages of 13 and over 80.
    I recently presented a study at a professional conference in the adverse impact to 6-year Black and Latino students when compared to their White peers.
