First I assess their skill level and talk about learning goals with the student and their parent (when applicable). Then, I make actionable goals to begin working towards.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Paraprofessional Educator License in the state of Illinois with which I have worked as an instructional aide and special education aide. I am an undergrad student studying elementary education and special education.
