Hello/Hola
I like to make learning Spanish fun and easy! I tend to want to know more about you, for instance, what do you struggle with more? How or what makes you learn faster/easier? How much are you wanting to learn? How much do you know? etc. This helps me because it gives be a better idea on how I can approach you and your learning style. Because everyone learns in different ways!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I tend to want to learn their learning style first, so I can know how to approach every student differently. I also try to reference my teachings to their everyday life and experiences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am fluent in Spanish, not only was Spanish my first language, but while in high school. I took 2 years of regular Spanish and 2 years of IB Spanish. Which IB Spanish was the highest level of Spanish one could take at my high school. It was basically advanced Spanish.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing varies on the student. It depends on how much they know and how many days of the week they want to meet. However, my pricing starts at: $17-$20 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I am a college student at Indiana State Univeristy and at the moment we are on Summer break. So in other words, my schedule is pretty much open and my attention will be focused on my students.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This year, during my second semester, I joined a Pre-Law Fraternity which I am very proud of. I also became the Secretary of the Fraternity. I plan on going to Law school after my undergrad years. So I am very excited to experience and learn more while being a part of this amazing Pre-Law Fraternity.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask about their availability for sure! Students should make sure both of their schedules work for the both of them. This will also be less stressful for the both of them. They should also ask about their teaching method and their pricing. This is for the student to get a better sense of what they and the teacher will be committing themselves to.
