If you are interested, please contact me at [email protected] rather than through this website!

I've been a tutor for 7 years now with experience tutoring kids ages 5-21. While my specialties lie with Spanish, Algebra, and the physical sciences, I have tutored all basic subjects for elementary and middle school students. Unsure if your kid's most difficult subjet falls under my experience? Ask me! We'll get the ball rolling in no time.

Frequently asked questions

This depends on the student's age and what subject we're approaching, but I typically like to meet with a student and get a feel for who they are and what they like. Students never do well with impersonal learning, so I really like to get to know them first. I also love to hear WHY a student is struggling in their own words, because it can help us hone in on the issue as soon as possible.

I have my B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and am currently in school for my DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy). I have taught supplemental instruction courses at the University of Evansville and have tutored individual students with Center Grove Community School Corporation in Greenwood, IN.

My typical charge is $25/hr for a first session, and $30/hr for following sessions.

If your family is in need of a sliding scale payment, I would be happy to work with you. All kids deserve the keys to success!

I have extensive experience with elementary and middle school students, and have taught supplemental college instruction.

I have also worked largely with children with special needs, including but not limited to kids with autism, dyslexia, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and attention disorders. If your child needs additional modifications in their learning, just let me know.

Make sure that you're clear about where you're getting stuck, even if that means saying "I don't even know what I don't know". (Trust me, we've all been there!)

Think about what your study habits look like and where your head is at during class. Once you figure out where your head is at, it can make all the difference in figuring out how we can learn better.
