Math And Science Tutoring
About
My approach stands out in a couple of ways. First, as a younger person who has sometimes struggled in topics myself, I understand how younger people think, and can empathize with the frustration that goes along with not understanding something. Second, I bring along an enthusiasm and excitement for math and science that makes tutoring much less boring than it usually is. My goal is to not just make sure a student understands a subject, but also that they learn to appreciate, if not enjoy, that subject.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as education goes, I graduated with an Honors diploma form FJ Reitz High School. Throughout my high school career, my coursework included Algebra 1&2, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, AP Calculus AB & BC, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Biology, AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition, AP 2D Art and Design, years of Geman. I have considerable experience in all these classes, including tutoring my peers in these courses, and working as a TA for the science department, which included tutoring as well as writing assignment and assessment materials, and grading those materials.
Now, I am an undergraduate at Indiana University studying for a Bachelor of Sciences in Chemistry. My coursework there includes Calculus 3, Organic Chemistry, and a number of other advanced topics. I also volunteer with the GROUPS program to tutor fellow math students.
