I believe education is the most powerful transformational tool, I like tutoring as it allows me to be continuously learning and at the same time, expanding my friendship network. I am a petroleum engineer with a master ́s degree in business and statistics. I have been teaching part-time, parallel to the progression in my career.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Briefly personal Introduction. Ask the student about his/her goals both at the education process and specifically with this topic. Agree on targets during the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in the technical side attending both internal courses with the companies I have worked, and courses in renowned technical institutions.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I am open to know the ranges of the students this site is working at present.
How did you get started teaching?
When I was working in a company, one of the colleges was the head of the PE department, he told me they were looking for a teacher for a reservoir engineering subject. I said I could help him with that, but not being serious about this. After few weeks I was in front of students teaching them. I have also volunteered to teach junior engineers in companies I have worked.
What types of students have you worked with?
Petroleum engineer students, and some high school students as well.

Participating in webinars to share knowledge within my industry. Nowadays this is the way to interact with people around the globe
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Based on my operational and teaching experience, he will be satisfied with my tutoring support.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Will the tutor really help me at this moment? Will I be satisfied with the support the mentor would give me?
