Shine Bright Tutoring

Hello learners! I’m a positive, supportive, and determined educator looking to make a difference in your academic life. I am a graduate of University of Illinois in Secondary Education (grades 9-12) with a focus in Social Sciences. I also have 2+ years experience in assisting grade levels K-5 learn reading and comprehension through work at the Don Meyer Boys and Girls Club. Using my experience in classroom teaching and lesson planning, I hope to create a personalized plan for each learner so that we may engage with the material at your own pace and use learning strategies that can assist you even beyond our sessions together. My mission as your tutor is to help students and parents see tangible results and for students to be excited and confident about learning!
