Hi! Im Vera and here’s some things about my tutoring.
As a student who understands the stress of balancing extracurriculars, work, family, and just time for yourself, while trying to learn or improve other skills, I put forth my best effort into making the experience of tutoring fun and enjoyable while effective. And about me, I am half Korean and half Chinese, I speak both languages + learning Spanish, I love to travel, learn new things, spend time with loved ones, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process is to first get to know them. Then, I would ask if they had any questions about me. Next, a couple questions about the subject(s) they need help on. I wouldn't charge them any fee on the first tutoring session because during the first session, I would like to get to know them first. I would also like to get to know how much they know about the topic that they want tutoring on.
