I'm a husband, a father of two girls, and a special education paraprofessional at a junior high school. (Currently 6th grade). I really enjoy working kids and I'm always willing to help my students understand how to do the class assignment(s) and answer any questions they have. My best subjects to help with are: reading, writing, science, social studies, computer related stuff, and basic math.
I really enjoy helping students succeed. To me it’s very rewarding when I help a student get past a roadblock they’re experiencing and I see that sign of relief in their face.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start off knowing what the student needs help with and what subject they are working on so I can be better prepared.
