Hi, I’m Turea!

I’m a certified educator with over 20 years of experience who loves helping students and adult learners feel confident, supported, and excited about what they can achieve. I’ve worked with learners from kindergarten through high school and beyond, and I bring a positive, energetic approach to every session.

My sessions are engaging, interactive, and tailored to each learner’s pace and goals. I break down tricky concepts into clear, manageable steps and use real-world examples, visuals, and conversation to keep learning interesting. Whether we’re building skills in reading, writing, Spanish, or general academic support, I make sure every session feels encouraging and productive.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in homebound tutoring, and skilled at supporting diverse learners—including adults returning to school. I’m passionate about helping people overcome challenges, grow their confidence, and truly enjoy their progress.
